Played is a realistic fiction book about an 11th grade boy named Ian who wants to get into a popular group in his school, called FBI.  To get into FBI he has to do numerous challenges.   One of those challenges is to get a girl that a boy like him doesn't usually go for to have sex with him.  He only has three weeks. The girl happens to be Kylie.  In the beginning the challenge is easy but as Ian goes along he starts falling for her.  The question is, is he willing to follow his heart and  give up the group for Kylie or finally get into the group, but end up hurting the girl he really likes.  I recommend this book for teens over 14 and up who enjoy reading books with drama, but with a  romantic twist.
